R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. found a new way of being closer to its Camel smokers. It were sought the opinion of adult cig’ users about a possible enlargement of its most popular cigarette brand.

Also he added: “Offering smokers this kind of development role proved to be a powerful idea. What was interesting is the appeal of the four different flavors was pretty well split among the respondents.”
